License Agreement

    General

    This License Agreement governs the use of the Rockstar software (the “Software”). By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

    License grant

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of a paid subscription. All rights to the Software belong to the rights holder.

  3. 03

    Restrictions

    You may not: resell, distribute, rent or transfer access to third parties; decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code; use the Software to harm others or violate the law.

  4. 04

    Subscription and access

    Access is provided on a subscription basis. Duration and scope depend on the chosen plan. Access is bound to hardware (HWID); resetting the binding is possible under the service terms.

  5. 05

    Disclaimer of warranties

    The Software is provided “as is”. The rights holder does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for possible bans in third-party services resulting from use of the Software.

  6. 06

    Limitation of liability

    The rights holder is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

  7. 07

    Termination

    The license may be revoked upon breach of these terms. Paid funds are non-refundable in such cases.

  8. 08

    Changes

    The rights holder may modify these terms. The current version is always available on the website.
